Layer 1

  • 10g Strawberry jelly powder
  • 300ml Water
  • 60g Sugar

Layer 2 & 3

  • 8g Plain jelly powder
  • 400ml Milk
  • 40g Sugar
  • Pandan essence (for green layer)

  1. For Layer 1: In a pot, mix strawberry jelly powder and sugar, then add water. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
  2. Pour Layer 1 mixture into a mold and allow it to cool slightly until it firms up.
  3. For Layers 2 & 3: Mix plain jelly powder with sugar and milk. Divide into two portions.
  4. Add pandan essence to one portion for green layer.
  5. Pour the second layer (milk jelly) on top of the first layer while it is still hot. Let it firm.
