📝 Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 1
  • Flour - 4 tbsp
  • Eggs - 1-2
  • Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp
  • For the sauce: Greek yogurt 3 tbsp, Dijon mustard 1 tbsp, Ground black pepper to taste, Olive oil 4 tbsp, Lemon juice 1/2 lemon, Grated Parmesan cheese to taste, Garlic optional
  • For croutons: Bread 4 slices, Olive oil, Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken fillet and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry chicken in a pan with oil over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
  4. For croutons, cut bread into cubes, toss with olive oil and oregano, then bake or fry until crispy.
  5. Prepare Caesar dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, Parmesan, and garlic if desired.
  6. Toss romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes with the dressing.
  7. Top salad with crispy chicken and croutons.
  8. Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese before serving.
