  • 2 cups leftover jhura beef / bhuna beef
  • 1-2 packs of noodles of choice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp chilli sambal (optional)

  • Lots of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

  1. Boil the noodles in water for 2 minutes until 50% cooked. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  2. In a pan, add your leftover bhuna beef and cook for a few minutes on medium heat.
